What does implementation support include?
Implementation support is an end-to-end service: analysis of production needs, selection of the right cobot or laser, installation and commissioning at the cell, configuration of welding parameters, operator training and a 30-day support period after deployment.
Is implementation support available remotely?
Yes - some of the consultations (needs analysis, equipment selection, theory training) can take place remotely. Installation, commissioning and hands-on training are carried out on site at the customer's premises. We also offer remote service support after deployment.
How long does it take to deploy a welding cobot?
A typical deployment takes 1-2 weeks: 2-3 days for installation and commissioning, 2-3 days for operator training, and the rest for optimising welding parameters for specific parts. With simple applications production starts after just a week.
